"Hollywood murders women."

Actress Lisa Small gets the chance to play Elizabeth Short, a woman who was mysteriously murdered 60 years ago. Meanwhile, however, a killer is on the way, killing several women, and getting closer and closer to Lisa. As she progresses through the script and preparations, her life becomes more and more like the story told about Elizabeth Short.
