A boat's passengers and crew find themselves in the Bermuda Triangle during a summer cruise. After someone fishes a doll from the sea, all sorts of mysterious things happen, including a sudden fog bank and a series of bizarre accidents.

As a child I was very interested in the stories surrounding the Bermuda Triangle. Read several books about it and now I happened upon this film which immediately aroused my interest. Unfortunately the whole movie revolves around a doll that would be the cause of all the misery. The story is far too long and contains a lot of dialogue, but little tension. Fortunately, there are also positive points such as the mysterious atmosphere and the cast that tries to make something of it. John Huston, Hugo Stiglitz, Claudine Auger and Carlos East as the doctor who is constantly drinking play their roles well. Gloria Guida who plays daughter Michelle is the apple of my eye. The underwater scenes are okay too, although shark hunting didn't add anything. 4/10
