Terminal Choice plot
"At Dodson Clinic, there's a chance you may not recover. The doctors are betting on it"
A patient in the hospital dies in mysterious circumstances. The attending doctor Frank Holt is suspected - he was previously fired elsewhere due to a mistake. For his defense, he sets up an investigation with the help of the female doctor Anna Lang. They discover that half of their colleagues were making bets on the patient's surgery. Was someone messing around to increase their odds? When Frank's girlfriend and assistant Mary Connor also falls ill, he begins to suspect there's a lot more going on.
