Reborn plot
A stillborn girl, Tess, is kidnapped by a morgue employee and brought to life by electrokinetic energy. She is raised in seclusion as the man's sister. On her sixteenth birthday, she manages to escape using her unique skills. It seems that the kinetic energy that brought her back also gave her the ability to control electricity with her mind. She decides to look for her biological mother, leaving a trail of destruction behind her.
