Nice experiment in form. The pity is that there is never a really strong scene. There was something wrong with every scene. One time it was the (at times horrible shitty) music, another time it was the irritating underexposure and yet another time it was the characters that could not captivate me. That is a shame, because this could have been a beautiful piece of work. However, this does not mean that the examples mentioned were not good anywhere. On the contrary, every scene also had a part that was really strong. So a real shame. Despite the relatively short playing time, I had had enough by the end. It was not that interesting anymore and the camera tricks had worn off. And those epilepsy-inducing tricks can be left out as far as I am concerned.

No, this is not it. It may all be well made, but the problem is that I cannot empathize at all with that loser Daniel who, because he broke up with his girlfriend, embarked on the path of taking excessive pills. Boy, you should see his face, what a negative appearance. I would say; shave off that beard and go to the barber. The best moment I found was when that certainly not unattractive blonde lady showed him the door with the well-known cry "Fuck Off"!. The film also had some nice moments, such as the scene where the blonde lady, Daniel and a friend of his were fishing. For the rest; the visual effects were quite nice - that must be said - but I would rather see things happen in a more cheerful story. I myself feel too good about myself to marvel at people who walk around with their souls under their arms saying "Oh look how pathetic I am". No, I'll quickly forget this video by Adam Wingard who, for me, made his only good film so far with You're Next (2011). Death Note and The Guest are still on my to-see list.
