I picked this up from a bin at MediaMarkt last Thursday for 5 euros and looked at it today.
The fact that I didn't really expect anything from it and that it cost little probably plays a role,
But I enjoyed it immensely. What a wacky movie and what a wacky actress in the lead role. At first, I thought she was playing a sort of role within a role, until I realized that this is her style of acting. Does she approach all her roles like this?
I often sat there laughing my head off, but I have no idea if that was really the intention (I'll assume it was for convenience).
De la Huerta portrays one of the strangest characters I have seen in years here—precisely because of his weird acting style. I haven't figured out yet whether I think it's just bad, or actually genius.
I found her to look both awful and, in a certain way, incredibly sexy and sensual, and precisely because of that, very attractive.
The story is full of plot holes, coincidences, and other undeveloped details, but on the other hand, it is easy to watch, told smoothly, and the running time is not too long, so you won't be bored for a single moment.
Furthermore, quite a bit of blood and genuine crudeness here and there, and the whole thing has a sexy appeal.
If you mostly don't take it all seriously and experience it purely as tasty nonsense pulp, there is still plenty to enjoy.
A meager seven, or 3.5 stars.

Given the many particularly bad reviews, I went into it completely without any expectations. Paz de la Huerta IS a bad actress—fortunately, I already knew that—and I had also read that much of her dialogue had been re-recorded by another actress because she spoke so monotonously (which I was already aware of), so those were actually all pleasant surprises.
The film itself is rather thin, but it does what it was made for: entertaining with over-the-top kills. In that respect, the film succeeded for me. It is not a film that will stick with you, nor will it become a classic, but it was fun to watch.

Surprisingly good because the film manages to entertain the viewer sufficiently, requires no lengthy build-up, and immediately confronts the viewer with the crazy lead actress (played by Paz de la Huerta) who, on the one hand, fails to impress with her face, but certainly does with her body. Her acting style is often weird, but she does manage to convey a sexy, sensual experience. On the other hand, there is a pretty face played by Katrina Bowden, whose body is also worth seeing. Even my better half could attest to this. 
There are plenty of twists and bloody scenes in the story, and indeed, there will be some unbelievable scenes in the film. But who would have thought otherwise? e.g., Abby's arrest at night at the end is so predictable and illogical. Especially that the inspector would do this alone.
But there is plenty to experience, and towards the end, quite a few fun bloody shots. An easy-to-watch film that turns out better than I had expected. 7/10
