Nostrum plot

Shocked by the gruesome death of one of their best friends, a group of heroin-addicted friends lock themselves up in an abandoned farmhouse to kick the habit. Things spiral out of control when the drugs they've taken for a final kick bring them more than they bargained for. They desperately try to escape when one of them goes crazy and turns violent. However, it turns out that there is more going on and that they are being watched from the outside…
