Lilim plot

After killing her father, Issa flees into the woods with her little brother Tomas. There, they find shelter in a remote orphanage run by a group of nuns. Issa tries to keep a low profile in the hope of finding a foster family for Tomas. The hospitality proves short-lived: Tomas is soon bullied by the other boys, while the nuns carry out increasingly grim punishments. The brother and sister try to escape and discover the horrifying truth about the orphanage.
