Absolutely low budget, C or D level, Belgian made. Totally unknown actors too, non-professionals of course, and it shows. I've seen worse from our country, but I find it quite amusing to find these kinds of obscure works.
The main character alone has a name that made me laugh. Jeff Damen, referring to the infamous American serial killer Jeffrey Dahmen. This man finds nothing better than to copy his example. Only our friend hardly knows how to go about it. At first rather clumsily - he has to quickly borrow a sharp knife from the neighbor - to the conclusion that all that blood is quite a lot of cleaning up. And you can't outsource that to cleaning help of course...
The police are also quite amateurish in this. Those interrogations, what was the point? And our friend kept telling, although he wanted to act the smart guy at first, haha.
Some blood here and there, a lot of blood actually and with ammutated limbs, some nudity too. It looks so bad that it's not even gore.
