"Something has gone very wrong."
dr. Hattori and her husband watch images of brain surgery involving Manchurian, Russian and Japanese guinea pigs. The images were found in an old and abandoned hospital. Suddenly a white light appears, and when they turn around, they see their two daughters Miyuki and Kaori staring into the white light. Years later, Miyuki goes out with four young people who, like her, want to visit the afterlife. They gas themselves in a car and think they are in the afterlife. Kaori has had strange visions of a bright white light ever since she could remember. When she finds out that her sister has suddenly disappeared, she comes into contact with her sister's boyfriend, Motojima; he can help her. In no time she finds out what horrible business her sister has gotten into.
