Inheritance plot

For Abbey Nielsen, life has just begun. She is about to graduate and get married. For 85-year-old Mrs. Baker's life is coming to an end. Her body is deteriorating and she thinks she has contact with her deceased sister and mother. When Mrs. Baker dies, Abbey sees her sitting among the mourners at her own funeral! When she later sees her face in a mirror too, Abbey thinks she's like Mrs. Baker is schizophrenic. Afraid of losing her fiancé, she fights alone against Mrs. baker. She discovers that she can communicate with spirits and realizes that she must fight for her life or surrender to Mrs. baker.
