Homicidal Harry plot

A mentally disturbed man, tortured by the incessant voice in his head and traumatic events from his childhood, spent almost his entire life in a closed institution. To his great surprise, he is suddenly eligible to regain his freedom, but is he ready for the world outside? It isn't long before the voice in his head encourages him to ditch his medication, followed by his first enemy confrontation.
