Hemmet plot

Joel returns to his family village after many years to take his demented mother Monika to a nursing home. Shortly after she is settled, her health deteriorates. She struggles with visions of her deceased abusive husband and now exhibits aggressive behavior herself. Joel suspects that a supernatural entity is responsible for this transformation, but his drug history and mental instability prevent him from fully trusting his perception.
