Dog Indy embarks on a journey with his human and best friend Todd, after they leave the city for a house in the countryside that has been vacant for some time. Upon moving in, Indy is immediately haunted by an unseen presence, receives warnings from a dead dog, and is haunted by visions of the previous occupant’s grim death. When Todd begins to succumb to the dark forces lurking around the house, Indy must confront an unknown force that plans to drag his beloved Todd into the afterlife.

A cleverly edited trifle about a loyal dog [Indy] who notices his owner [Shane Jensen] behaving strangely and keeping watch while a mysterious apparition prowls the house. The dialogue is conveniently added afterward, and the denouement is a complete anticlimax. Leonberg's attempt at something new is therefore unsuccessful, but dog lovers will surely enjoy this more.

An original concept (a dog sees the dark forces threatening its owner), but the film offers little else we haven't seen before, and better, within the Paranormal Activity-esque subgenre. The oppressive atmosphere is well-captured, and a few jump scares work well, that's for sure. And the dog is fantastic.

Beautiful main character, and he is already on high alert. We've been teased with a back story, and hopefully, we get more info as to what is triggering our good boy's senses.
There is some strangeness going on, and our hooman is willfully blind or just plain ignorant of what it is that dogs do and are capable of.
I loved the non-human STAR of this film, I hope to see him in more films in the future, as he has a great presence.
