Demon plot

After being acquitted in an internal investigation, FBI agent Nicole Diaz is allowed to return to work. She is sent to the town of Oro Negro to help solve several bizarre murders. She meets the local sheriff, who thinks they are not being taken seriously and is offended that the FBI has sent a woman. The murders are first thought to have been randomly committed by smugglers or drug dealers, until a local resident discovers the bodies have been drained of blood and suspects there is more to it. However, he is not taken seriously until a mysterious woman and her assistant show up during an autopsy. They report that a dangerous creature made especially for the military has escaped and they need help catching it.
