Creepers plot

On a dark and stormy night, a tax official visits an eccentric horror enthusiast. It soon becomes clear that he is an unwanted guest and the horror fan tries to distract him as much as possible by telling him four stories by famous horror writers: Of A Promise Broken by Lafcadio Hearn, Gave Up The Ghost by Jeff Strand, By The Hair of the Head by Joe Lansdale and Berenice by Edgar Allan Poe.
