Conjoined plot

"Fate brought them together. Flesh kept them together. Love will tear them apart."

Stanley is a lonely man, looking for love in his life. He seems to have found this when he meets his dream woman, Alina, online. When Stanley finally meets her in person, he finds out that Alina turns out to be part of conjoined twins. Alina's twin sister, Alisa, seems to have little understanding for Alina's new relationship and has no interest in love herself. When Alisa also turns out to be a serial killer, Stanley no longer feels safe and doesn't know how to handle the situation.
