Bangdokpi plot
A gas mask-wearing serial killer causes unrest. On Election Day, four people track him down and try to get hold of him for various reasons. Mi-Joo, a bearded woman, wants to be killed by him in order to get rid of the trauma of her abnormality. Sang-Kun Joo, a politician who has received the threat of being killed if he wins the election. Bo-Sik, a traffic warden, who wants to catch him because he thinks he's a superhero. Finally, there's Patrick, a US Marine, who thinks the serial killer killed his girlfriend.
