April Fools plot

Beautiful 17-year-old Deanna seduces class nerd Melvin for an April 1 prank. She is helped by Missy, her boyfriend Malik, Eva, Scoop and Diego. Missy takes pity on Melvin and stops the taunting, but Diego continues to pressure him until things spiral out of control and Melvin is accidentally killed. A year later on April 1, each of them becomes a target themselves. Missy's father, Detective Combs, and his partner Ward investigate the case in hopes of finding the killer and stopping him before the end of the day and before Missy becomes a victim too.
