Anazâ plot
After a series of high school deaths, a new transfer student approaches a mysterious girl who seems to hold the key to a dark secret. In the spring of 1998, the father of 15-year-old Koichi Sakakibara goes abroad, while his son goes to live with his aunt somewhere in the mountains. Shortly afterwards, he develops a lung condition and is hospitalized. One day he meets a beautiful girl who wears a uniform and an eye patch. She says something strange to him and then disappears into the hospital morgue. A little later, Koichi is released from the hospital. At school he meets the beautiful girl again...
