L'Atlantide plot
In the Sahara desert, the French Lieutenant de Saint-Avit (Georges Melchior) is found more dead than alive. The question on everyone's lips is where his companion Captain Morhange (Jean Angelo) has gone. The suspicion arises that Saint-Avit killed Morhange, but whether this is really the case and why he would have done this remains unclear. Returning to the desert after a sick leave in Paris, he tells the whole story to his friend Lieutenant Olivier Ferrières (René Lorsay), the commander of the Hani-Inifel sentry on his way to the south of the Sahara.
