Das Singende, Klingende Bäumchen plot
The beautiful princess has to do without a mother during her childhood. Her father loves her, but his love is to protect her from real life and all challenges. Because he has to deal with the government of his country as king, the nurse has taken on the education of the princess. Thus in itself the girl grows up to be a haughty and cold young woman. When her father wants to marry her off, she rejects all suitors. She has only one wish: she wants to own the singing, sounding tree. But she doesn't know that that only sounds to those who really love...
