Running Free plot

During a summer vacation in the Alaskan wilderness, twelve-year-old Garrett (Jesse Montgomery-Sythe) hangs out with an orphaned wolf pup whom he calls One Paw because of one white foot. Together they experience many exciting adventures, crossing wild rivers, dodging a raging avalanche, fleeing from poachers and repelling an attack from a grizzly bear. A close friendship develops between the two, which comes to a brutal end when the summer is over when they have to part from each other.
