The Periphery of the Base plot

In the desert heat, where the ground is scorching and the air is thick with sand, an infrastructure project is unfolding. The scale of this project is so immense that the individuals navigating it look tiny. In the haze of sand and dust, those who have been relocated for the construction of the infrastructure, after a hard day's work, find their way back to the hastily assembled tent camp.
