Zendan-e Zanan plot

In the period from 1979 (just after the Islamic revolution) to 1997, women are followed who are in a women's prison. Guard Tahereh is hired at the beginning of this period and turns out to be a young woman with strict religious ideals. Her hard and dogmatic approach is only partially successful. Gradually she becomes more resigned and indifferent.
