Yunost Maksima plot
First part of the Maxim trilogy. Maxim is a carefree young factory worker who, however, is increasingly confronted with all social abuses. He comes into contact with an underground Socialist movement and becomes increasingly politically aware. During this awakening process, one of his friends is killed in a factory accident, caused by his boss's refusal to inspect the machines. The furious workers go to redress and clash with the police. Maxim and another friend are arrested. The friend dies before the firing squad and Maxim comes out of prison totally disillusioned.
