"What can you do when your teenager is out of control? Laura's parents sent her to the Meadowbrook Institute. It was the last thing they should have done."

Like any teenager, Laura often behaves rebellious and rebellious. But when she gets into trouble more and more, her parents think their daughter is in bad shape and decide to put her under psychiatric treatment. Laura ends up in some sort of institution where she discovers that she's not crazy, but she'll be fast if she doesn't get out of there soon. Constantly sedated with tranquilizers, she manages to escape in a moment of clarity and seeks support from her parents. However, they do not believe her stories and unceremoniously bring her back to the institution where an even more severe treatment awaits her. It looks like Laura will have to spend her days among the insane lunatics from now on. When Laura's condition deteriorates, her parents finally begin to question the integrity of the doctors at the facility. They want to bring their daughter back home, but notice that the doctors do not want to cooperate in any way.
