Wild Harvest plot
Joe Madigan leads a group of men who harvest wheat at ranchers. Among them are Joe's comrades Jim Davis and Kink. They follow wheat crops from the Texas Panhandle north to Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado and Dakota. On their first stop, Rankin's ranch, his niece Fay Rankin falls in love with Joe, but he is not interested in her, only in harvesting the wheat. Fay joins Joe's group on a ruse and plans to make him jealous by seducing Jim. Fay, meanwhile, continues to keep an eye on Joe. Meanwhile, she persuades Jim to withhold wheat and sell it herself to get extra money. She can maintain her lifestyle with this money. When caught, Jim and Fay flee to Mexico. There, Jim learns that Fay married him only to be close to Joe.
