Verlorene Kinder plot

A small German town is terrorized by a group of young people, against whom no one dares do anything. If television pays attention to this situation, it will nevertheless lead to a lawsuit, in which the miscreants will end up on trial. There appear to be quite a few extenuating circumstances as to the reasons for their behavior, but popular anger has since flared up.
