"You can't stand alone forever"
David (Aksel Hennie) is a sweet 25-year-old boy who lives with his family in the center of Oslo. His younger brother has Down syndrome and his father is seriously ill. To escape problems at home, David often trains at the gym, where he also works. There he meets Morten and Jarle, two bodybuilders who are also involved in criminal activities. Against his better judgment, he joins them, until one day he breaks the group code.
