"A winner always knows where he 's going. A champion never forgets where he's from."

Lex Vargas hails from one of the poorer areas of Queens. He has built up a very good reputation as an amateur boxer. Now he thinks the time is right to become a professional boxer. For that, he hires a manager, and with success; it won't be long before Lex can already prove himself in title fights. After some time Lex gets the money, he has a new house and a new sexy girlfriend. But all this threatens to blow up relations with his family and old friends from Queens...
