Trouble for Two plot

Prince Florizel goes into the city incognito and ends up at the London School of Suicides. One of the members turns out to be a woman he is supposed to marry. Together they discover that the suicide club is a pseudonym for a group of terrorists who plan to overthrow the prince once he becomes king.
