Traverser plot

What would one do in a conflict that one has nothing to do with oneself? Intervene or keep your distance? Confronted with the sounds of a domestic quarrel in a language she does not understand, an anonymous Brussels resident returns home with that question. On the home front, she vents to a husband who doesn't seem to share her concerns.
