Thomas Müntzer plot

1523. The young priest Thomas Müntzer and his wife Ottilie arrive in the Thuringian town of Allstedt, where he becomes rector. There he boldly pleads for Luther's teachings, but when the latter turns away from the crowd, Müntzer becomes their spokesman. Both in southern Germany and in various locations in Thuringia, he advocates for the rights of the poor. He thus became the spiritual leader of the Peasant Revolt and the ideologues of the Reformation in 16th-century Germany.
