Thithi plot
In a remote village in South India, we follow three generations of sons after the death of their 101-year-old grandfather 'Century Gowda'. His son, Gadappa, is an old man who wanders through the fields accompanied by cheap cigarettes and brandy. At the same time, Gadappa's materialistic son Thamanna wants to illegally sell the grandfather's property, even though the land officially belongs to his father. Finally, Thamanna's son, the confident Abhi, relentlessly hunts an attractive shepherd girl. The three storylines converge on Century Gowda's 'Thithi', the final farewell celebration that takes place eleven days after a death.
