The Tempest plot

Magic and revenge are the keywords in the film adaptation of Shakespeare's The Tempest. Gideon Prosper (Peter Fonda) is a powerful plantation owner during the American Civil War who is tricked by his greedy brother Anthony. Gideon and his daughter are driven from their land and into the inaccessible swamps. There they master black magic to protect their family and exact revenge on Anthony.
