The Rocket Post plot

After his homeland refused to invest in his project, the frustrated German missile specialist Zucher is delighted when the British government is willing to put money into his project. Under the care of Sir Wilson Ramsay, Zucher and his colleague Heinz Dombrowsky can finally leave for the remote Scottish community of Scarp. Their mission is to build a postal rocket to help optimize the postal service between the island and neighboring communities.
