The Reform Candidate plot

Reform candidate Frank Grandell realizes he will lose the mayoral election. He therefore sends his campaign staff to gather incriminating material about his opponent Art Hoke. When they discover a secret about his daughter, Grandell must decide whether to use that information in his campaign.
