The Gatekeeper plot

"He was supposed to protect the line; not cross it."

Adam Fields is a furious US Border Patrol agent. In his job, preventing Mexicans from crossing the border illegally, he regularly breaks the rules. To learn the secrets of their working methods, Adam decides to go undercover with a group of undocumented immigrants with a hidden camera. His plan goes awry when the group is forced to work for a drug gang. Suddenly, Adam realizes he has more in common than he thought with the migrants and their search for a home, family and freedom.
