Irresistible miniseries about the rise of professional football in the United Kingdom in 1870. Don't let that description stop you: I have nothing to do with football. In fact, this is more about the class struggle of yesteryear. From the creators of Downton Abbey; fans of that series can bite blindly. The characters and intrigue here are equally compelling. Beautifully played by the entire cast and beautifully portrayed.
