The Devil's Playground plot
"Thrills of the Deep!"
Jack and Robert, two officers on a submarine, fight on land for the affections of the dancer Carmen. She eventually marries Jack but hangs out with Robert when her husband fulfills his military duties. The romantic rivalry is forgotten when Jack and his crew must rescue Robert from a sunken submarine.
