Tanner plot

Vic Tanner does the job for people who don't want the police to get involved. His most recent job is to find a woman who has stolen money from her employer. What Tanner does not know, however, is that a local mobster Edward Protheroe is after him after Tanner foils a robbery planned by Protheroe. Tanner has the same job his father used to have, but is unhappy with it. When Lauren Bradley asks questions about Tanner's background, he investigates. What made his family tear up? And is his father really as holy as everyone led him to believe?
