Sventasis plot
When the US financial crisis in 2008 hits the world economy with a sledgehammer, even a small village in Lithuania cannot escape the waves of recession and unemployment. Vytas is fired from the factory and looks for a new job to escape his wife's nagging. But looking for work is not easy. On the first day of a hard-fought new position, the employers fire him. They claim that hiring him was a mistake. Gradually, Vytas loses all purpose in his life. All that remains for him is the romance he has with the hairdresser Marija and his obsession with a videotape of the man who claims to have seen Jesus.
