Sunset Contract plot

Brad is a successful CEO with a new beachfront villa. There he meets a mysterious woman, who confronts him with a contract that he cannot remember having agreed to. The contract must be executed before sunset. He tries to get rid of her when suddenly his skeptical girlfriend Mary shows up at the door, leaving him stuck between two feisty ladies.
