"Don't Go Near This Woman! Nothing So Beautiful Was Ever So Deadly!"
Olga Kuzminichna is the young and attractive wife of the Russian Anton Urbenin, a middle-aged domestic servant. Count 'Piggy' Volsky, Anton's employer, is in love with Olga. Olga, however, is in love with the young local lawyer Fedor Mikhailovich Petroff. Fedor eventually kills Olga out of jealousy. Anton is blamed for this. During the outbreak of the Russian revolution in 1917, it seems that the true facts of the murder are coming out.
