Mark Fannon is an American secret agent tasked with protecting the American ambassador to Japan from an attack. Fannon is opposed by the ambassador, who refuses to cooperate. For example, a communist spy gets the chance to smuggle a bomb into the embassy. Fannon must now, in a race against time, find and defuse the bomb.
