"Even in the darkest night, His light shines"

A talented and popular singer retreats to the silence of the Little Karoo after her family is murdered in an armed robbery. She goes to live in Oudtshoorn, where her silence and negative attitude towards others causes a stir. Fortunately, the young pastor is interested in her problems; as he gets to know her better, she comes out of her shell more and more. Until she has to go back to town to testify against her family's killers...
