Stenansiktet plot

After Harry loses his son in a traffic accident and his wife can't seem to recover from the blow, he is forced to move to a bleak neighborhood in a suburb of Stockholm. Harry is bitter and when he sees the local street children making the neighborhood unsafe, he gets an idea. He wants to hire the youth gang to kill the bureaucrats, whose fault he ended up in this slum.
