Station to Station plot

In the summer of 2013, American artist Doug Aitken makes a very special journey in a high-speed train from New York to San Francisco. He is accompanied by musicians, dancers, artists, writers and many other creative minds. Throughout the 24-day tour, the 4,000-mile stretch between the east and west coasts of North America will feature stops at 10 locations, each hosting one-off events that are distinctive to the environment and its creative participants.
