Sinapupunan plot
Shaleha Sarail lives in a water village in Sitangkai, Tawi-Tawi. This province is a seaweed producing area, from the southernmost part of the Philippines to the Malaysian and Indonesian archipelago. Shaleha, a mature woman, has just recovered from her third miscarriage and now has to face the fact that she cannot bear children. Although they are already adoptive parents to her cousin, Shaleha senses that her husband Bangas longs to be a father. To fulfill her husband's wish and be blessed by Allah, because having a child is the tangible proof of divine grace, Shaleba decides to put it on board differently. She is now determined to find a new, fertile wife for her husband...
